The Personnel Department is the human resource management division of Windham Public Schools. It is responsible for recruitment, personnel record management, and some aspects of human resource development. The Personnel Department is also responsible for labor relations, wage administration, the preparation and interpretation of employment and union contracts, as well as ensuring that Windham Public School district is in compliance with state and federal employment guidelines.
