The Eastern Regional Academy (ERA) is a collaborative educational program between Windham Public Schools and EASTCONN. It is designed to meet the individual needs of students with emotional disturbance and related classifications. Individualized academic instruction is provided in small groups with clinical and behavioral support available. Vocational instruction in carpentry, automotive, business technology and culinary is available. At ERA students benefit from, among other things, work-study opportunities with the support of a job coach. Located in Columbia CT, ERA serves students in grades 5 to 12.
